About Me

At 16 years of age, I entered the gym for the first time with the sole desire of attaining six-pack abs. What felt like every teenager's dream soon became a full-blown obsession with understanding and decoding the human body.

I have dedicated the last 11 years to fueling this passion. I am a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, exercise recovery coach, and acupuncture practitioner. However, most of my learning comes from training under various coaches who are experts in their fields (bodybuilding, powerlifting, mixed martial arts) and physiotherapists who treat sports and lifestyle-related injuries.

My work is an extension of who I am—an ardent fitness enthusiast. I love training (and overtraining) myself, which has taught me immensely about the recovery tools and methods that exist to optimize performance and lifestyle.

 

I find it extremely fulfilling to help people build a connection with their bodies the way I have with my own.
